Villa boss denies Upson bid

Aston Villa boss Martin O'Neill has denied making a transfer bid for West Ham's England international centre-back Matthew Upson.Villa have been amongst a host of clubs linked with a move for the 29-year-old defender, along with the likes of Tottenham, Arsenal and Manchester City.
