Etherington wings in for lowly Stoke

Stoke have signed West Ham winger Matthew Etherington for an undisclosed fee - but are still keen on landing Joe Ledley from Cardiff City.Etherington, 27, has dropped down the pecking order in Gianfranco Zola's plans in recent weeks, despite making an impressive impact during the early days of the Italian's tenure at Upton Park.
