Newcastle United’s impressive run of four consecutive wins came to an end last week as they lost 1-0 at Everton. Can the Magpies return to the winning ways when they host West Bromwich Albion at St James’ Park?
On the back of their recent wins, Newcastle have not only moved away from the relegation, but they have also made inroads into the top half. The Magpies are placed tenth in the league table with 41 points.
Newcastle have been especially solid at home, and they are currently undefeated in the last seven home games. This run also includes wins over Manchester United and Arsenal.
A couple of weeks back, Newcastle would have expected to easily win this game. But, the Baggies have displayed a totally different side to themselves in their last two games.
