Benni McCarthy is eager to show off his slimmed-down frame when West Ham visit Sunderland in the Carling Cup on Tuesday night. Sportsmail revealed how McCarthy was fined £80,000 for exceeding his target weight of 85 kilograms (13st 4lb).
