Sir Alex Ferguson will leave it up to England boss Fabio Capello to decide whether to take Wayne Rooney to Seville for the friendly with Spain.The Manchester United striker is in Ferguson's squad to face West Ham on Sunday but has already been told he will not be starting the match.
