Midfielder Mark Noble insists the West Ham squad remain focused despite rumours about possible transfer targets for manager Gianfranco Zola.The Hammers travel to League One Hartlepool on Saturday for an FA Cup fourth-round match which Noble insists will require his side's full concentration.
