PFA Player of the Year Ryan Giggs is the third oldest player to have scored in the Barclays Premier League this season. Whether Giggs' 12 league starts are enough to justify such a prestigious gong is a matter for debate, but the Welshman’s performances this season have certainly put younger contenders firmly in their place.
