Crystal Palace midfielder Carl Fletcher is in talks with Plymouth Argyle over signing for the Championship strugglers on a one-month loan deal.The Wales international was immediately installed as club captain when he first signed for the Eagles from West Ham but is now surplus to requirements at Selhurst Park.
